Annual Student Registration was required at the beginning of the school year, many families still have not completed all required documents in Skyward. These documents are not optional, and completing them can directly impact the amount your family pays for certain school programs and opportunities.
1. Complete Your Annual Student Registration
Why is household income information so important?
Your household income may determine whether your student qualifies for reduced fees and additional financial assistance, including:
-
AP Exam Fees: Eligible students may receive significantly reduced exam fees.
-
SAT & ACT Testing: Eligible students may qualify for testing fee waivers and other assistance.
-
College Scholarships & Grants: Accurate household income information can help families identify and access financial assistance programs.
-
Other Student Benefits: Certain school and educational programs offer assistance based on household income eligibility.
IMPORTANT: If you have not completed your household income information, your student may be charged the regular AP exam fee instead of a reduced rate, even if your family would otherwise qualify.
2. AP Exam Fees & Outstanding Student Balances
We are asking all families to review and address outstanding student fees.
Parents of AP Students: Please Pay Special Attention!
If you notice that your student has a higher-than-expected AP Exam fee, one possible reason is that your Annual Student Registration or household income information has not been completed or verified.
3. How to Check and Pay Student Fees
You can review outstanding student fees and make payments online through Skyward Family Access.
